WHO WE ARE

Furrykids Safehaven (Persatuan Penyelamat Haiwan Terbiar Furrykids Safehaven, better known as Furrykids (FKSH) is a NGO founded in 2017 by a small group of kind hearted individuals. The motive to setup the shelter stemmed from 84 dogs that were put on death row by DBKL. It was then when the pioneers decided to safe the voiceless doggies and started with a roof and basic necessities that were required for these doggies. From 84, the number grew and today there are over 2000 dogs that have a home at in Furrykids Safehaven

“Mission Pawsible” is a response by Furrykids Safehaven (FKSH) to the decision by the Negeri Sembilan state government (Malaysia) to implement mass culling of stray dogs in certain areas — especially Malay-majority / high-risk zones — following public concern over stray dog behaviour and safety
